Overview
Offered in partnership with Regent School of Law, the Master of Arts in Human Services - Conflict and Mediation Ministry program at Regent University will equip you to bring people together using mediation skills in nonprofessional ministry contexts.
Courses are taught using a combination of real-time interaction with professors, small-group projects, podcast lectures and asynchronous chat room discussion.
Upon completion of the M.A. in Human Services – Conflict & Mediation Ministry degree, you will be able to:
- Study theory, principles and skills by which senior executive leads others.
- Gain third-party intervention skills in the settlement of law conflicts.
- Participate in video-taped simulated negotiations and evaluate outcomes with faculty.
- Examine and apply theoretical and practical strategies of negotiation.
