The Fletcher School’s online Master of Global Business Administration (GBA) provides you with the knowledge, network, and experience you need to thrive in the global economy of today and tomorrow. The curriculum goes beyond core business competencies to help you develop contextual intelligence—an understanding of the non-business factors that affect the business of any domestic or international organization, including geopolitics, global security, supply chains, economic policy, emerging market dynamics, and international law and regulations.

Fletcher GBA students learn to be adaptable in shifting circumstances and new contexts. Experiences gained throughout the program help them acquire and sustain rewarding careers in a constantly changing world.
