Overview

In Fort Hays State University's reputable and flexible Master of Business Administration (Online) program, you will develop skills in the functional areas of business and learn how to apply those skills to think and act like a manager to achieve organizational goals in a global environment. You will also increase your marketability with employers.

Designed for working professionals, the MBA consists of 33 credit hours combining core MBA coursework with your choice of concentrations. All MBA core classes are taught in 8-week course sessions, allowing more flexibility and an opportunity to start the program at five points during the year. We welcome individuals from all professional and educational backgrounds! No foundation courses are required.

General requirements

Submit an Application for Graduate Admission at the appropriate website.
Pay the $40 domestic application fee or $50 international application fee.
Provide the Graduate School with an official bachelor's degree transcript and master's degree transcript (if applicable) from a regionally accredited institution.
For institutions outside the United States and Canada, a World Education Service (WES) International Course-by-Course Transcript Evaluation is required for translation.
2.50 on the last 60 undergraduate hours, 2 letters of recommendation, a personal statement indicating reasons for seeking a Master of Business Administration degree including professional and/or career goals and pertinent past work experience, and a current resume.
International students must provide evidence of their ability to speak English.
