The Master of Athletic Training (MAT) program of Boise State University focus is developing future clinicians through in depth study and skill attainment in the following areas of health care for the physically active population: pathology of injuries and illness, evaluation and management of acute and chronic orthopaedic injury and medical conditions, riskmanagement and injury prevention, physical rehabilitation and conditioning, applied nutrition, psychosocial intervention, and health care administration.
