Overview
School administrators take on additional responsibilities, stress, and even criticism. Good leaders take a servant-like approach to leadership, guiding by example and setting a standard of excellence. If you are feeling called to this kind of leadership in your school, Concordia can help you get there.
Concordia University Wisconsin’s School of Education has a reputation for helping public, private, charter, and other school systems meet the needs of their students in the most comprehensive way possible through our Uncommon and Academic Community Partnership Scholarships.
Students who desire licensure in another state must contact their state department of education for details about whether or not this coursework will meet state requirements. Students from outside of Wisconsin may earn their master’s degree without teacher licensing.
What to expect
The master's program in Educational Administration - Principal, Director of Instruction and School Business Administrator Licensure will teach you how to handle legal, financial, personnel, and academic matters while developing you holistically so that you can be at your personal best as a leader.
