General requirements
- You must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and submit transcripts from all colleges and/or universities you have attended.
- Submit the name of two references who are willing to provide letters of recommendation.
- NC Teaching License: Current teachers seeking graduate certificate with license option, must submit a copy of a valid, non-provisional, non-expired NC teaching license.
- Personal Statement: Applicants are required to submit a personal statement describing your professional and personal goals.
- While the testing is not required, a GRE score may be requested by the admissions committee if more information is needed to make an admission decision.
- Official, passing GRE scores of 150 Verbal and 150 Quantitative will be considered.
