The History master's students at the College at Brockport SUNY share a love of history and of learning.

Many of our History students at the College at Brockport SUNY are seeking teaching certification or advanced training. Others are looking to change careers or pursue opportunities at museums or with archival and records management. Some also pursue doctoral study. No matter what your motivation, you'll learn from highly trained professors and fellow students who want to delve deeper into this field.

  • Students in the American and World tracks pick from a variety of minor fields with coursework in and outside history, including education, film studies, women's studies, or study abroad.
  • You can choose to complete the program through either full-time or part-time study. Many of the graduate seminars are offered in synchronous online format, to allow even more scheduling flexibility.
