The Master of Science in communication sciences and disorders program is designed to prepare students to function independently as speech-language pathologists within the field of communication disorders. 


By the end of the graduate program, a student can meet requirements for: The Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology; licensure in speech-language pathology; and the Department of Public Instruction license in speech and language pathology.


The Master of Science program in speech-language pathology at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire is accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.

  • Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended.
  • Official GRE scores sent directly from ETS. The CSDCAS institution code is 1743. The GRE must have been taken within the past 5 years.
