In order to accomplish this goal, the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy offers a graduate program in Social and Administrative Pharmacy.
The Social and Administrative Pharmacy program at University of Minnesota is a flexible, interdisciplinary program which utilizes all resources of the University's many outstanding departments in an effort to provide the student with knowledge and experience in areas she/he feels is applicable to the resolution of pharmacy-oriented problems. The wealth of academic resources located at the University of Minnesota, Academic Health Center, and the Twin Cities allows the student to maximize his/her own educational experiences.
Degree Options
Students completing the MS in Social and Administrative Pharmacy have a Plan A or a Plan B option.
- Plan A Option
The Plan A option with thesis requires a minimum of 32 semester credits including thesis credits.
- Plan B Option
The Plan B option is without thesis and requires a minimum of 30 credits of academic work.
