Overview
About the Graduate Program
The graduate program in Theology from Xavier University provides students with a firm foundation in Christian theology through the study of scripture, tradition and ethics. Students with varying backgrounds acquire the conceptual tools to look at world and local issues from a theological perspective.
Optional concentrations in social and pastoral ministry and in religious education prepare students to meet local and national guidelines for these ministries in the Catholic Church. The program in theology is flexible enough to accommodate a wide variety of interests.
