Overview
Students in Music - Choral Conducting from Pittsburg State University have many opportunities for supervised hands-on rehearsal time with PSU ensembles as part of their training. The final component in the program is the preparation of a full recital. This preparation includes the research and selection of all repertoire, followed by rehearsal with a choral ensemble over the course of several months.
This program has the flexibility to meet the needs of conductors who plan to work with ensembles of various types: community choirs, church choirs, or school choirs at any level.
