This is an exciting time to be a nurse leader. Advanced nursing practice plays a pivotal role in an increasingly complex healthcare system. With growing demand from a diverse public, rising healthcare costs, and diminished resources, nursing requires a changing set of skills and a new knowledge base that Kean provides through our graduate-level nursing programs.

The Nursing - Nursing Leadership from Kean University offers two options: MSN in Leadership and MSN in Community Health Nursing. Students are prepared to advance their careers and become leaders in nursing.

Courses are offered in a hybrid form at Kean’s Union campus, as well as at Kean Ocean in Toms River. Fully remote coursework and minimal in-person clinical requirements provide flexibility and a dynamic learning environment.
