- Bachelor degree from a regionally accredited institution
- GPA of 3.0 or higher (2.75 -2.99 can be considered for provisional admission)
- Hold a certification in teaching and or be eligible to be certified – Provide Praxis II scores and/or copy of teacher certification.
- 3 credits in undergraduate or graduate level special education. Students without this course can be admitted provisionally but will be required to take a special education course within the first 15 credit hours as part of the master's degree program and within 9 credit hours as part of the post-master's certificate.
