It is designed for young professionals who want to gain an expertise on the management and evaluation of public policy in the European context and at the heart of two major European capitals. During the two year programme, dual degree students develop an understanding of the European project and acquire the professional competencies needed to work in the European affairs.
The Sciences Po's Public Policy and Public Administration (Dual Degree with LSE) two-year programme, built on the complementary approaches of two prestigious members of the Global Public Policy Network (GPPN), combines the study of economics, public administration, global health and management.
It is designed for young professionals who want to gain an expertise on the management and evaluation of public policy in the European context and at the heart of two major European capitals. During the two year programme, dual degree students develop an understanding of the European project and acquire the professional competencies needed to work in the European affairs.
The dual master's programme between Sciences Po and the London School of Economics features a two-year curriculum:
- During their first year in Paris, students are enrolled at Sciences Po, in the Master in Public Policy
- During their second year, students are enrolled at the LSE. Upon successful completion of the two years, students receive two degrees: a Master's from Sciences Po and a Master's from LSE.

The Master of Public Administration (MPA) is a degree programme in public policy and administration, offered through LSE’s Institute of Public Affairs.

Students interested in the dual degree with the Master in Public Policy at Sciences Po and the Master of Public Administration at the Institute of Public Affairs at LSE should follow this application procedure:
- Complete a 400 word letter of motivation/application statement
- Include a CV or résumé
- Proof of proficiency in English
- Include original application to student's home institution, with degree transcripts (additional references may be included but are not required)
- Sciences Po will send a copy of the student's original application to LSE. Applicants should inform the School's administration if they do not want their original letter of motivation to be included.
