Benefits
€35,000 per year for 2 years, covering a 2-year Master at Sciences Po’s School of Public Affairs or the Paris School of International Affairs.
Eligibility
The scholarship is intended for students who show a deep interest in France, Franco-Chilean relations, public and international affairs, and public service. It is awarded on the basis of criteria of excellence, social criteria, and is subject to the following prerequisites:
- The recipient must be a Chilean national who ordinarily resides in Chile and without dual citizenship from an EU country. Chilean nationals currently living outside Chile solely for the purpose of study and who maintain a primary residence in Chile shall be deemed to be ordinarily resident in Chile.
- The recipient must gain admission to a master’s program at Sciences Po’s School of Public Affairs or the Paris School of International Affairs.

Application deadline
All candidates must first apply to a master’s program at Sciences Po via the international admissions procedure. Candidates must indicate in the financial information section of their application that they are applying for the Emile Boutmy scholarship and include the required information.
