Description
The objective of the programme is to facilitate the mobility to France of Quebec students enrolled in a Master's programme in all sectors.
The scholarship is awarded once per competition year, for the duration of a study project of at least 3 months (one semester) in France.

Eligibility
- The applicant is a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada,
- The applicant has been domiciled in Quebec for at least one year;
- The applicant is a Quebec resident within the meaning of the Health Insurance Act (LRQ, c A-29);
- The applicant is a Canadian and French citizen and is eligible if he or she has completed all secondary and post-secondary education in Quebec;

The evaluation committees (composed of at least 3 members each) review the applications according to the evaluation criteria in force and rank the eligible applications on the basis of merit.
The final selection of applications will be made by the French and Quebec governments.
