A valid teaching certificate

A written commitment from a building level administrator who will function as your mentor during the degree program. Applicants should review the qualifications and responsibilities with their chosen mentor prior to having the mentor complete the Mentor Form

Have a Baccalaureate degree with a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least a 2.75 on a 4.00 scale, or 3.0 GPA on the last 60 hours, from an accredited institution

Read and submit the Professional Dispositions Signature Document
