Overview

Every student at St. John's University entering the Transnational Legal Practice LLM Program comes from a different background, has a different area of academic interest, and has a different plan for post-graduate opportunities. With that in mind, TLP offers five Pathways, allowing students within the same program to focus on different areas of transnational practice.

Key Features

The program, entirely taught in English, is designed specifically for students interested in working in international trade, customs, and investment positions.

Topics include regional trade agreements (NAFTA, CAFTA, TPP), EU trade law, trade and development, TRIPs agreement, trade preferences, international banking regulation, and bilateral investment treaties.

The Test for English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or IELTS examination scores.

For expedited foreign transcript evaluation service at a discounted rate you may complete a SpanTran Foreign Transcript Evaluation Application Form.

All documents received by the university become the property of the university and cannot be returned to the student

If you have only one copy of your official document and are able to visit our Welcome Center in person, we will be happy to make a copy of the original and return the official copy to you immediately.
