Overview
The Human Resources Management program from Pace University prepares students for leadership roles within the field of human resources and across organizations. Educating students on the analysis, design, and evaluation of human resources systems and processes—and how those systems are integrated within business strategy—is critical to developing effective and successful human resources leaders.
Lubin's MS in Human Resources Management program, one of the few in the country to be housed in an AACSB-accredited business school, fully aligns with the Society for Human Resource Management's (SHRM) HR Curriculum Guidebook and Templates. The guidelines are part of SHRM's academic initiative to define human resources education standards taught in university business schools and to help universities develop degree programs that follow these standards.
