Each course in the Organizational Learning and Change program at George Washington University is part of the existing curriculum for the master’s degree in human resource development.

Upon completion of the certificate, students may choose to continue in the master’s program, at which time they would be required to submit an application and meet entrance requirements. All coursework completed in the certificate will transfer into the master’s program.

General requirements

Two (2) recommendations (preferably one from a faculty member and the other from a professional supervisor)
Transcripts are required from all colleges and universities attended, whether or not credit was earned, the program was completed, or the credit appears as transfer credit on another transcript.
Statement of purpose: In an essay of 250 to 500 words

Additional requirements: A resumé and an interview.

If you attended a university outside the United States, your transcript must be evaluated by an accredited NACES member. The evaluation (course by course) should be a detailed document including all course titles, credit hours, grades, grade point averages (GPAs), United States degree equivalency, and date of degree conferral. The transcript evaluation should be official, meaning that it is sent from the NACES member or delivered to GSEHD Admissions in a sealed and signed envelope.
