Description
The Lloyd and Eleanor Fengel Scholarship was established in 1997 by Lloyd Fengel. Lloyd attended Illinois State graduating with a Music Education degree in 1942. The scholarship supports a student enrolled in good standing who demonstrates strong academic achievement.
