Frank I. Murray, Jr. Scholarship provides support to outstanding undergraduate students with demonstrated leadership potential accepted or enrolled in the College of Education.

Eligibility
- Provides a scholarship to outstanding undergraduate students with demonstrated leadership potential accepted or enrolled in the College of Education.
- Applicants should have a 3.5 or higher high school GPA with a verbal or mathematical minimum score no less than 500; and or an ACT score of 23 or greater.
- Consideration of applicants shall be limited to North Carolina resident(s), and preference shall be given, but not limited to, student(s) from rural western North Carolina.
- Renewable provided the student maintains at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
