Description
Paul Milikin (1926-2014) was born on the Connecticut coast, in the lobstering and shipbuilding village of Noank, in New London County. Eugene O’Neill, who summered in this region, and set Long Day’s Journey Into Night in nearby New London, remains a vital presence in this part of New England. So there is a touch of destiny in Paul having been cast in the famous 1958 Spoleto Festival production of A Moon for the Misbegotten directed by José Quintero, along with Coleen Dewhurst and Richard Kiley. He was a graduate in Drama from the Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
