An international Master Experience
I am currently pursuing a Master's degree jointly offered by three engineering schools: Phelma INP, EPFL, and Politecnico di Torino. Each of the first three semesters takes place on a different campus: I have studied in Turin, Italy, and Grenoble, France, and next September I will be in Lausanne, Switzerland. I have greatly appreciated the international nature of this program, as our class includes both French and Italian students. However, one aspect that has been less satisfying is the financial aid, which is absolutely not adapted to the cost of living in Switzerland, where expenses are significantly higher than in France or Italy.
So good I decided to do another degree
It is a great university for researchers with several inter and trans disciplinary studies. The environment is very conducive with state of the art laboratories and facilities to help with your research. Collaboration with others is easy and encouraged. The senior researchers are very knowledgeable and nurturing in helping train the younger students. The campus is in a great location surrounded by the Belledone and Vercor mountains.
IUT 2 Grenoble
The establishment is well located, next to the train station, there is not much to do around because we are not on campus, the study method did not suit me personally. The professors speak too quickly and it is difficult to take notes but there are small activities that they do in the establishment that you can participate in.
