Temporary Housing: Vlerick Business School does not offer on-campus accommodation. We advise our students to come to Belgium a few weeks before the start of the programme and book a room at a hostel, Airbnb or similar whilst they look for permanent housing.
Permanent Housing: We strongly recommend to focus your search to the following websites and organisations, which we are in regular contact with. Many of our Vlerick students in the past have used websites to find their home in Belgium and the feedback has always been positive.
The Vlerick Library fulfils a crossroads function in meeting the School’s information needs in support of management research and education activities. The Library plays an active, even pro-active role, in improving information literacy, building a balanced collection and gathering and preserving knowledge.
It is mandatory that you are covered by a health insurance plan during your stay in Belgium. You might be asked to provide proof when registering or extending your residence permit.
We recommend signing up for a Belgian health care insurance. Compared to a typical private travel insurance, the Belgian health care insurance provides you with a lot more coverage in a case of illness.
Vlerick Business School has campuses in Brussels, Ghent and Leuven. Our campuses are a meeting place for academics, entrepreneurs, managers and students. This fusion of identities and ambitions leads to a stream of new ideas and insights.
Vlerick Business School belongs to a select group of business schools in the world that hold all 3 major international accreditation labels in the world of management education: EQUIS, AMBA and AACSB. This triple accreditation recognises Vlerick's commitment to setting the highest quality standards in management education and research.
