One afternoon in 1880, Lucy Cross had a vision: a college in Central Florida. Five years later, Rollins became the first college in the area, and is now the oldest recognized college in the state. Since that day, we have aspired to empower our students to see a vision of how the world could be and to provide them with the tools to effect the change they envision.
Rollins features small classes taught by renowned faculty. Our academics are enhanced by study-abroad and internship opportunities as well as ways to be engaged on campus and in the community.
The Office of Institutional Research provides the College and public communities with non-confidential, current, institutional information.
The Center for Career & Life Planning at Rollins College offers a variety of services and resources to students and alumni, designed to reinforce the personal, social, and intellectual development fostered by a liberal arts education.
Rollins College features 19 on-campus residential facilities, which range from traditional coeducational residence halls and fraternity and sorority houses to furnished apartments for upperclass students and special residential organizations such as Pinehurst Cottage.
The Wellness Center provides non-judgmental, inclusive, and confidential health services and counseling to currently enrolled students, as well as outreach, health promotion, collaboration with faculty and staff, and strategic wellness interventions.
Rollins is located in Winter Park, Florida, an attractive and historic residential community adjacent to the city of Orlando. Our award-winning campus is situated on the shores of beautiful Lake Virginia and adjacent to the first-class dining, shopping, and entertainment options of Winter Park’s famous Park Ave.
Working closely with the heads of the student cultural organizations we work to help cultural organizations gain visibility on campus through programming and increased membership. Through this program cultural organizations at Rollins College will raise their visibility, amplify their collective voices, and build connections with each other and the rest of the Rollins community.
Rollins College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award baccalaureate, and master's, and doctoral degrees.
