Studying at the University of East Anglia has been a life-changing experience for me. The events and societies are inclusive and there is always something to get involved in on campus. The teaching at NBS is both practical and engaging with lecturers who are genuinely supportive. I've also developed strong teamwork skills by working with new people I had never met before which is something that my 16-year old self would never have imagined being confident about. Two of my favourite modules have been Digital Marketing and Marketing communications, where I collaborated with a team to produce a campaign and advertisement video for a local business. This allowed me to put my knowledge into action and apply what I learned in a real-word context. The study spaces on campus are genuinely my comfort place. Their warm welcoming atmosphere always puts me at ease and often inspires my creativity, which is important for someone like me who enjoys creating social media content. The library is where my friends and I usually meet up to catch up on work, brainstorm ideas and catch up on group projects. Being surrounded by other students make me feel connected to the wider UEA community, and is one of the places where I've developed my confidence skills by collaborating with different backgrounds.
the lecturers are all very enthusiastic and passionate and I've enjoyed every lecture and seminar. the issue I've had with this course is it feels like the creative writing course is prioritised, so many third year modules have been taken away in comparison to the creative writing course.
The campus has a beautiful landscape that you could enjoy. Great facilities. All kind, enthusiastic professor and the 24/7 library you can access. We have great accessibility to Sports Park too. No doubt that you will certainly like here

Student Support Advisers in the Student Support Centre offer a confidential and non-judgemental service where you are free to discuss anything that is impacting on your ability to be the most successful student you can be. We work closely and liaise with other services in the Student Support Service such as the Wellbeing Advisers (Mental Health), Counsellors, Wellbeing Advisers (Disability), Finance and Learning Enhancement Teams. We also liaise with other University departments including the Learning and Teaching Service (LTS).

The University of East Anglia (UEA) Medical Centre provides a range of health services to students and staff, including general practice, travel clinic, sexual health clinic, mental health services, and more. The medical centre is staffed by experienced and qualified medical professionals and is committed to promoting health and wellbeing on campus.
UEA's campus is like a mini city – it's big enough to find your niche but small enough to call home. The UEA Campus is set in 360 acres of beautiful accessible land, including wildlife trails that go through fens, meadows and woodland. The Students’ Union at the University of East Anglia is the heart of student life at UEA. The SU is led by student officers, who are democratically elected by a ballot of all UEA students each year. In addition to representation, the SU provides professional support and advice on academic, welfare and housing issues to individual students.
The SU provides the majority of extracurricular activity on campus. We run and support over 60 Sports Clubs and 160 Student Societies.
