Because the HR industry is constantly evolving, your education should be too. The curriculum of the Human Resource Management program, taught within The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, is designed to equip you with core skills for now and in the future — developing your abilities to lead, analyze, and handle prevalent and dynamic HR issues. All classes are held in the evening, so you can still pursue a career, internship, or special projects during the day.

Mentor Program – Connect with human resource professionals in Central Ohio and beyond to receive guidance and advice and grow your network. The MHRM Advisory Board continually develops the comprehensive mentorship program to support your personal and professional development while in the MHRM program.

General requirements

The equivalent of a four-year bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university, earned by the expected date of entry into your graduate program.
A minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale or equivalent) for the last bachelor's or advanced degree earned.
Transcripts or other credentials documenting that you have completed prerequisite academic work.
Resume. This is your opportunity to showcase your employment history, extracurricular and/or community activities, language skills, and military record, if applicable.
You are required to submit an essay when applying to the program. This is an opportunity to present yourself to the admissions committee in a meaningful, in-depth way.

You are required to submit at least two (2) letters of recommendation that can speak to your potential to be successful in the program.
Each applicant is required to complete an online assessment comprised of recorded video questions.
