The training provides students with a fundamental understanding of engineering sciences so that graduates can develop creative and innovative approaches to the world's important engineering problems.

The coursework for the master’s program is very flexible to fit the needs of the student. The master’s program has two paths: thesis and non-thesis. The two paths produce identical MS degrees.
