Overview

Students joining the Industrial Engineering (Dual Degree) programme at University of New Haven are expected to have an undergraduate engineering or technical degree from an ABET-accredited programme. Students complete separate MBA and industrial engineering research projects. These projects are the culmination of the learning that took place during the coursework and are chosen with the help of programme advisors. Many past research projects were based on local industry needs.

Offering 71.5 credits of coursework with the potential to waive up to 10.5 credits, the programme draws from 35.5 foundational credits in business areas like management, finance, and accounting along with 36 credits in industrial engineering topics such as operations research, quality analysis, and system simulation.
The programme offers small class sizes, state-of-the-art training and laboratory facilities, and learning from highly educated practitioners with a wealth of industry experience. A personal advisor is assigned to each student.
