To qualify for admission into the psychology with an emphasis in industrial and organizational psychology (MIOP) master’s degree, students must have already completed or meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3.0 GPA in the final two years or approximately the last 60 credit hours
  • Two years of work experience with preference given to those with  supervisory experience
  • Computer proficiency
  • Undergraduate coursework or on-the-job training and continuing education unit (CEU) equivalents in:
    • psychology
    • social sciences
    • human resources
    • management
    • statistics (must have one college course in statistics)
