Program Details
This non-thesis program is specially designed with working professionals in mind who are employed in the engineering, science, and technology industries. Our MEM is a fusion of technical and business courses that strikes a balance between business acumen and technical and operations knowledge and skills. You will learn to lead and manage engineering and technical people, projects, and teams while you continue working in your industry.
The Master of Engineering Management offered by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln is web-based and 100% asynchronously online to give you the highest flexibility of time and space. Six elective courses let you tailor and customize your program to your career needs and to co-create your unique educational experience by applying what you learn to workplace challenges as you learn to become an effective leader and manager.
