Human Resource Management Specialization

The Management - Human Resource Management specialization at University of Maryland Global Campus is designed for managers who want to increase their understanding of the field. Individuals who intend to become HRM professionals, as well as other managers who plan to supervise staff and need to comprehend the issues, policies, and procedures involved in effectively managing people, will find this program useful. HRM courses provide the theory, research, knowledge, and procedures used by HR executives, generalists, and specialists. Official documentation indicating successful completion of the equivalent of a U.S. baccalaureate degree: If you were educated in a country other than the United States, you must have your official transcripts evaluated by an independent credit evaluation service. The evaluation company will send a copy of the evaluation to both you and UMUC. However, providing your transcript does not ensure admission to the Graduate School.
