Students of the Management program at University of St Francis, with or without undergraduate degrees in business gain useful skills in planning, team building, written and verbal communication, the use of technology to solve business problems and leading with integrity and a sense of ethics.

Program Overview

Management students can complete their program online or in a blended environment at their own pace while working. Courses begin six times each year (fall, spring, summer) and a student may enter the program during any semester. The M.S. in Management can be completed in 12-24 months, and credit can be earned for on-the-job projects. USF’s small class sizes create an exciting interactive learning environment on campus.

Program Mission

The mission of the program is to provide quality educational experiences for professionals with strong preparation in their specialty or technical discipline and who would like to develop leadership, communication, creative and fiscal skills to move into management or enhance their leadership ability.
