Overview

The Law course at University of Greenwich  is designed for students who want to broaden their international outlook while developing specialist knowledge in key global areas of legal practice.

Choose the general LLM route or tailor your studies through one of three endorsed pathways: Business, Human Rights & the Environment, Intellectual Property, or Ocean Law & Policy. Each pathway gives you the opportunity to explore your area of interest in depth and complete a dissertation aligned to your chosen specialism.

Career

Graduates may take up careers with international institutions or non-governmental organisations, or pursue university teaching and further research.

Applicants without a degree may be considered where they can demonstrate relevant professional experience such as:

  • legal or paralegal work
  • compliance, regulatory or governance roles
  • policy, public sector or analytical roles
  • other experience demonstrating the ability to engage with legal concepts and postgraduate study
  • a Graduate Diploma in Law
