- All original transcripts are translated to English, and notarized by each Registrar’s Office.
- The document(s) bear the appropriate signatures and seal of the institution that issued it.
- Your documents must be received by Syracuse University in a sealed envelope directly from that institution.
- If your native language is not English, you may be required to submit scores from the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or IELTS test (International English Language Testing Service). See the program requirements list for your program (located in the application) for more information.
- Students interested in pursuing a doctoral degree are required by some programs to demonstrate a minimum of three years of study beyond the B.S. degree. In all cases, you must have graduated from a college or university that is recognized by the national educational authorities of that country.
