The Organizational Leadership program at Wayne State University consists of 30 credits of coursework including both required (12 credits) and elective (18 credits) courses. The curriculum provides students with essential leadership competencies, while allowing aspiring, emerging and mid-level leaders with a bachelor's degree to customize their learning experience to their unique development needs and career goals. A business education background is not required. Individuals employed by for-profit, non-profit and public sectors, entrepreneurs and individuals changing careers will find value in this program.

To be considered for graduate admission, an applicant must hold or be completing an earned baccalaureate degree or its equivalent from a college or university of recognized standing and have adequate preparation with discernible ability to pursue graduate studies in the major field elected.
