Overview
Students interested in pharmacy and public health may study concurrently for a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from UTHealth Houston School of Public Health and a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from UT-Austin College of Pharmacy.

Students pursuing a Pharmacy and Public Health program at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston are entered into the Customized MPH plan at UTHealth Houston School of Public Health.
Dual degree students must complete all partner program degree requirements and apply for graduation from the partner institution to be eligible for MPH degree conferral. In most cases, degree conferral for both programs must occur in the same semester.
When possible, the student's coursework at the two institutions is coordinated to provide a curriculum that integrates pharmaceutical science with public health sciences.
