Overview
The Business Administration - Engineering programme from University of California, Berkeley enables students to earn two master’s degrees in the time it takes to complete just one, and at a lower cost than enrolling in each programme separately.
Applicants who have a technical undergraduate education can earn in four semesters a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Haas School of Business and a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in one of seven departments at the College of Engineering, that are ranked among the highest in the world.

General requirements
- The Haas School of Business requires a minimum of two years of full-time work experience for admission to the MBA and the concurrent MBA/MEng program.
- Applicants should have completed undergraduate coursework that will enable them to be successful in master’s level courses in their chosen engineering department. Depending upon the applicant’s intended major, an engineering degree may not be required. For example, in Mechanical Engineering, an undergraduate degree in Physics may be suitable. In Industrial Engineering & Operations Research, an undergraduate degree in Mathematics with some coursework in computer programming may be suitable.
