Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA (A=4.0)
Resume information will be collected from the information provided in the experiences portion of the CSDCAS application. A separate resume is not required.
Supplemental Materials: Videos of applicants responding to a prompt or series of questions. More information about Supplemental Materials can be found here.
Three letters of recommendation. At least one of the letters of recommendation must come from program faculty. We strongly encourage multiple letters of recommendation from program faculty.
Transcripts from all schools attended. All official transcripts MUST be sent to CSDCAS at: CSDCAS Verification Department, P.O. Box 9113, Watertown, MA 02471. If currently enrolled, fall transcripts with most recent (fall) grades posted must be submitted to CSDCAS for application to be completed.
