Pfeiffer University's Organizational Change program recognizes that managing contemporary organizations requires leaders with a wide range of skills, including change management, conflict resolution, critical thinking, DEI&B (diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging), supply chain management, and situation awareness.

As a graduate student in our program, you can apply advanced organizational science, change research, resource management skills, and cutting-edge research techniques in real time. Through our applied learning approach, you will be able to immediately use your knowledge and skills to make a positive impact on your organization.

With our MSOC program, you will not only gain the necessary skills and knowledge to become a strategic leader in managing contemporary organizations, but you will also be able to effect positive change in your organization while earning your degree.
