Overview
The mission of the Leadership and Managing Organizational Change program at Pepperdine University is to develop values-centred leaders and advance responsible business practice. This is carried out through an education that is entrepreneurial in spirit, ethical in focus, and global in orientation.
This specific concentration consists of 12 units – six core units and six elective units.
About the Courses
The required course for this concentration highlights the necessary mindsets and diagnostic frameworks. This enables you to more clearly understand organizational functioning. In order to lead people and manage change, one first must gain the insights of the organizational system one hopes to influence. From there, the student is free to select eight units - pertinent to their choosing - to complete this emphasis.
This program also allows you to experience your own leadership style and skills, and hones your consulting knowledge by having you form teams and work with an actual organization on some change or leadership initiative.
