School Psychology at Andrews University training is based on a philosophy that promotes the balanced development of the mental, physical, social and spiritual nature of individuals. Typical responsibilities are assessment, diagnosis, consultation, and intervention services to preschool and school-age children with educational, emotional and behavioral problems. This program also provides field, practicum and internship experience.

General requirements

Bachelor's or master’s degree (or non-U.S. equivalent) in psychology, education or a related field from an accredited institution.

Minimum admission GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
20 course credits in psychology at the undergraduate or graduate level.
Three recommendations from professionals such as advisors, major professors and employers.
Resume describing employment, research or special projects.
GRE General test from exam taken within five years.
Statement of Purpose reflecting your philosophical perspective, personal, professional and academic goals, and reasons for seeking the graduate program.
