Our students graduate in Accounting at Touro University are ready to take—and pass—the uniform CPA examination. Many go on to excel in careers in industry, tax law, government, and non-profit organizations.

The 30-credit program can be reasonably completed within 5 semesters if undergraduate prerequisites are met.

All students must complete the 6-course core, which covers areas such as managerial economics, technology in accounting, and international finance markets.

Students may choose 4 electives from courses in forensic accounting, strategic management and communication, and advanced topics in taxation, among others.
As new government regulations arise and corporate finances come under greater public scrutiny, more and more businesses need competent accounting professionals with the skills and acumen to responsibly affect corporate decision-making.
