According to the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA), PAs are licensed clinicians who practice medicine throughout all medical specialties. As certified health care providers, PAs train diligently to provide direct patient care and increase access to health care.

Saint Elizabeth University graduates will be eligible to sit for the national certification examination and upon passing, obtain state licensure.

The concurrent required community service-learning component of the MS PA Program provides the student with the opportunity to examine the impact social determinants have on health.

Achieved an overall GPA of 3.0 or better (as calculated by CASPA)

Achieved a prerequisite GPA of 3.2 or better (as calculated by CASPA). The most recent grade will be used in the calculation for any repeated coursework. All prerequisites are expected to be completed by the Spring semester prior to matriculation.

Satisfactorily completed each of the following prerequisites with a "B- (2.7)" or better:
