Management program at Fairfield University is designed to complement students’ undergraduate degrees in order to lead to jobs and careers that utilize their passions and ambitions. This business knowledge looks to provide a bridge to increased career opportunities in the corporate, nonprofit and government sectors.

Career development

We are one of the only programs to offer a course right in our curriculum schedule, taught by the head of our Career Development center in Dolan.

A Program advisor works directly with students as well, providing industry insights and key advice on how to best position themselves for career and job opportunities.

Our advisors also help student think through their career and job options ahead, with the addition of an MSM degree to their undergraduate achievements.

Professional Resume: A current resume that includes applicant's employment and education history (submitted online)
Two Recommendation Forms and Letters: At the time of application, you will need to prodive your two recommender's names and email addresses. Each recommender should be a current employer, supervisor, or professor. They will be required to submit their recommendations online.

Official TOEFL, IELTS or DUOLINGO Test Scores
The GMAT/GRE exam is required for applicants to the MSA program. This requirement may be waived.
