The one-year MA Programme Leading Hotel Transformation delivers highly educated and enthusiastic hotel minded change agents. Graduates of the programme tab into the dire need for future leaders in the hotel industry to be equipped with an innovative skills set, fully focused on bringing in and ensuring futureproof digital and circular change within all types of hotels, from small scale boutique hotels to the larger global hotel chains.

The programme allows graduates to support and guide hotel businesses in digital and circular transformation. Graduates are sought after professionals as members of the Management Team, Transformation Leader, Change Manager or Strategic Innovation Specialist.

Basic entry requirements

NVAO-accredited bachelor’s degree or equivalent (e.g. a Dutch-funded bachelor degree)
Minimum of 12 months’ relevant work experience in the service-related industry
C1 English level, both written and oral
Pre-master’s or GMAT tests not required

Secondary requirements

We use qualitative selection criteria to assess your motivation and personality. For our Leading the Hotel Transformation MA programme, Hotelschool The Hague is looking for students with a ‘heart for hospitality’ who are eager to pursue a career in the hotel industry.
