For those mid-career and experienced professionals, this practical curriculum provides advanced applications in construction scheduling, cost estimating, land use and development, sustainable construction and globalization, as well as advanced computer applications in construction.

The Construction Management, M.Sc. program requires a research capstone seminar with an opportunity to conduct independent study and research. The courses can be taken in a typical classroom and laboratory setting or on-line. Our highly qualified and experienced faculty members deliver instruction on state-of-the-art tools, techniques, and systems gained through applied research and consulting projects.

A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field from an accredited institution.

A minimum GPA of 2.7 on a 4.0 scale in all undergraduate coursework.

Official transcripts from all universities attended.

GRE scores (no minimum score required, but the average scores of admitted students are 147 in the quantitative section and 147 in the verbal section).

Three letters of recommendation.

A statement of purpose describing the applicant's career goals and research interests.
