A 3.00 grade-point average on the last 60 hours of undergraduate course work (excluding student teaching); Official transcripts from all previously attended institutions will have to be submitted.

Applicants will have to submit official GRE scores. However, GRE scores will be waived for research or professional doctoral degrees successfully earned from a regionally accredited program in the US.

Applicants will have to submit a resume/curriculum vitae and personal statement to be considered for program admission.
