General requirements
- Have earned a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution in the United States, or a foreign equivalent.
- Have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale in their baccalaureate degree.
- No specific undergraduate courses are required for admission, although some familiarity with social scientific theories is helpful.
- Graduate Record Exam (GRE) scores are not required and will not be considered or reviewed by our admissions committee.
- All master's degree applicants whose citizenship is not of the U.S. and/or whose native language is not English must obtain an official Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
